Any remaining balance in your wallet will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.
All your past transaction records and receipts will be deleted from our system.
Your account details, saved beneficiaries, and all personal settings will be erased.
You will lose access to all services immediately and your phone number/email will be released.
Please provide your account details and reason for deletion. We'll process your request within 3–5 business days.
